  1. I have forgotten my password, can you provide it to me?

    To retrieve your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link located underneath the sign-in box on the PeopleNet Login screen. Due to our SAS70 compliance, we are unable to provide login information to PeopleNet users.

  2. Do I need to manually change the clock to reflect Daylight Saving Time?

    The time clock will automatically change time for Daylight Saving Time. Total hours will automatically be adjusted for employees clocked in during the time change.

  3. Do employees have to punch out for lunch?

    Lunches can be automatically deducted when employees reach a specified amount of time during their shifts.

  4. Can I have reports emailed to me when payroll is closed?

    You can request reports at any time on PeopleNet. If desired, reports can be scheduled daily, weekly, or when payroll is closed.

  5. How do I order supplies for my time clock?

    Supplies can be ordered through PeopleNet at 800-669-9765.

  6. How do I add time for an employee?

    Click on the "New Transaction" link at the bottom of the time card. This allows you to enter IN and OUT punches for an employee as well as enter total hours.
