Faxaroo SM allows employees to fax hours to PeopleNet when traditional online timesheet methods are not available or when traditional paper timesheets are required. Once faxed, PeopleNet offers an easy interface allowing those hours to be captured in PeopleNet for viewing, editing, reporting and approval.




Product At-A-Glance
  • Paper Timesheet

  1. Employee faxes completed timesheet (in any format) to the PeopleNet fax number provided.

  2. Branch/Call Center enters the faxed hours using our FaxarooSM application.

  3. Branch/Call Center tracks and manages the hours entered (from data collection to approval) within our workforce management console.


  • Approval Options

  1. Web Approval: Login and password required.

  2. Email Approval: Login and password NOT required.

Other Time Collection Methods
  • Time Clock

    • Select from a variety of employee identification options and features.

  • Web Timesheet

    • Options include Web Time Clock, In/Out Times, Weekly Hours, Web Spreadsheet View. Hours entry with Project Tracking and Expense Tracking also available.

  • Email Request Timesheet

    • A proactive approach to capturing employee hours by sending an email notification to the employee to enter their timesheet. No login or password required for time entry.

  • IVR System (Phone)

    • Allows employees to enter hours from any phone by following easy to understand voice prompts.
