A Little On The PeopleWho dedicate themselves to your people
Our Core Values
At Peoplenet we delight our customers, partners and employees by relentlessly delivering technology solutions that improve and evolve the way work is performed and tracked.
We recognize that our value is as a team and not as individuals. We’re in this together and we count on each other to succeed. We are passionate and dependable and always respectful, helpful and caring.
Build it Right
If we are not proud and wanting to brag about our work, we probably haven’t done it right. Doing it quick is easy; however, doing it right demonstrates our commitment to quality.
Go the Extra Mile
Meeting expectations is met with thanks. Exceeding expectations is met with praise. Exponentially beating expectations gets to WOW. We will ensure that our customer and employee interactions are “WOW-memorable.”
We will challenge each other to think deeper and question the status quo. We will ask lots of questions, experiment often and use data to make informed decisions. We ask “why” and “what if” and are never afraid to fail.
Integrity. Commitment. Candid dialog. Follow-through. These are all traits of this core value. Always be proud of what you do and follow the golden rule.
We give back to the communities where we live and work. Our people are given the opportunity to participate in giving back, and we foster this throughout the organization.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Peoplenet was founded in 1990 with the goal of simplifying the function of time keeping so that HR and Operations leaders could get back to managing people. Driven by a passion to provide targeted solutions for our clients, Peoplenet focuses on two distinct markets: Healthcare and Contingent Labor. Our healthcare offerings are geared towards renal care, long-term care and urgent care facilities. In the Contingent Labor market, we focus on being the network that connects buyers, suppliers and talent.
While the history of the company is important, our employees are the key to our success. The team of passionate employees that make up Peoplenet are driven by a desire to build solutions that truly help our clients succeed. Peoplenet is a product company, but our growth and success are driven completely by the passion and loyalty of all of our employees.
