Job Responsibilities

  • Provide first level Software and Hardware Support
  • Incident and Service Request Management from initial customer contact through resolution
  • Manage 30 to 50 contacts per day through telephone calls, chat and e-mail
  • Quickly recognize issues that cannot be resolved at Tier 1 and escalate appropriately
  • Provide input to Knowledgebase Articles
  • Identify opportunities to products or processes that will improve the customer experience
  • Participate in the On-Call Rotation

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, and Problem Management
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills and excellent Telephone Presence
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Basic Computer and Network Troubleshooting Skills
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Quickly adaptable to Process and Technology Changes
  • Strong Keyboarding skills
  • Ability to Multi-task

We’d love for you to have:

  • with Unit Testing / TDD
  • 2 or 4-year college degree, preferably technology focused or comparable work experience
  • Speak Fluent Spanish or French
  • Intermediate Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products
  • SQL
  • 2 – 4 years of Tier 1 experience in a mature Help Desk environment supporting hardware and software

Junior Software Developer

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with a team to develop, test, and maintain web based business applications
  • Design, develop and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
  • Work with teammates to analyze and resolve technical and application problems
  • Adhere to high quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget
  • Provide third level support to business users

Skills & Requirements

  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • 2-3 years of practical software development experience
  • Strong desire to learn
  • Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Good communicator

We’d love for you to have:

  • MS SQL Server – TSQL knowledge; understand complex stored procedure design, data models and performance tuning
  • Knowledge of web development using Microsoft ASP, JavaScript, Cold Fusion is a plus
  • Knowledge of unit testing theory and practice

Job Responsibilities

  • Full-stack .Net development
  • Building well performing and maintainable code to support thousands of users
  • Work with a team to create new applications and enhance existing applications

Skills & Requirements

  • 3+ years with .Net technologies, including C# and MVC
  • Web Service experience with WCF or Web API
  • SQL Server 2008+, including general queries and
  • Well versed in HTML 4/5 and CSS 2/3.
  • Experience with using JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS preferred)
  • Excellent debugging skills
  • A passion for software development
