Support Analyst | Atlanta, GA

Summary

We are looking for a career oriented individual to serve as a Support Analyst. This role is responsible for providing technical customer support to our customer base, delivering solutions to technical as well as non-technical users while supporting the full range of Peoplenet solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Function as primary customer contact for incoming support requests and assigned customer cases by providing telephone, web, and email based technical support for Peoplenet solutions
  • Manage multiple contacts per day through various channels including phone and email
  • Provides timely attention to all support requests under the guidance of our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Assesses the validity of the requests as they arrive, ensures the details within the ticket are complete and that the impact and priority of the issue is correctly assessed
  • Does their best to resolve all issues on first contact. When unable to resolve an issue, escalates requests as appropriate.
  • Develop, acquire and maintain product knowledge of Peoplenet solutions, current support policies, and methods of support and services delivery
  • Learn the detailed configuration of Peoplenet solutions and provide configuration support
  • Communicates in both a verbal and written format directly with Peoplenet’s customer contacts and will facilitate communications with other members of the Peoplenet organization (Sales, Service Delivery, Development, etc.) as is necessary during problem resolution
  • Maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and application software as appropriate
  • Proactive in seeking to identify opportunities for improvement in all Support related processes, communication, and documentation
  • Establish and maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and technology standards
  • Participate in the on-call rotation
  • Work under the general supervision of a Manager and Team Leader

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with incident, service request, and problem management
  • Excellent customer service skills with an exceptional telephone presence
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and integration software problems within Windows and iOS environments
  • Proficient network troubleshooting skills and/or strong understanding of networking concepts and configurations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quickly adaptable to process and technology changes within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • The passion to learn and grow within the company while building strong relationships across all areas of the organization
  • 4-year college degree

  • Experience working in a technical call center, solution center, or related field

Product Owner | Atlanta, GA

About the Role

Looking for bright, motivated individual to become a part of the product management team with an entrepreneurial yet well-established software organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement for the application and improving the user experience while bringing new features and products to market. You will work with the development team in order to ensure development efforts align with specifications and deadlines. You will be responsible for taking level business requirements and work with development teams to develop products.

.NET Developer/Senior Software Developer (Angular) | Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities

  • Full-stack .Net development and Angular Web Application development experience

QA Analyst | Atlanta, GA

Job Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility is to perform manual functional testing of both web and mobile applications demonstrating Peoplenet’s high commitment to quality, one of the company’s core values.
  • Responsible for creating and executing test cases based on user story and acceptance criteria in an Agile development methodology environment
  • Collaboration with Product Management, QA team and Development to understand items under test and provide proper design, test cases and test coverage for each user story or defect. This includes verification or rejection of the item under test within the iteration or any defined project scope and timeline.
  • Identify issues, problems and defects during testing activities and accurately log and track these items appropriately. The QA Analyst owns defect resolution within the defined sprint or project
  • Responsible for learning front and back end architecture so that proper test data can be quickly retrieved by writing sql queries and test results can be validated in both front and back end.
  • Clear and accurate communication is required including but not limited to status of testing activities, percent complete of assigned issues, defect status, and any tasks being blocked.
  • Understand and participate in the test automation process

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as dedicated QA Analyst testing in web product environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experienced in web and/or mobile testing including cross browser and other compatibility testing
  • Test case creation, maintenance and execution
  • Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server. Able to write queries. Needs to understand database architecture, and can incorporate data validation into exploratory testing and other test activities
  • Experience with exploratory testing; able to test a product in the absence of requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of general development and software testing methodologies

We’re looking for a self-motivated Project Manager with experience interfacing with multiple departments including Dev, Implementation and Support to ensure successful and on-time delivery of the defined solution implementation. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and timeline.  He or she will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and own quality of delivery for client engagements, including planning and execution
  • Works under minimal supervision on multiple projects with a wide latitude for independent judgment
  • Review all sales documentation and alert parties of any potential technical, logistical, or business issues, working with internal departments to ensure requirements are being met
  • Manage the project team through the planning process to identify and define the appropriate processes and secure the necessary resources to complete the work satisfactorily and within contractual constraints
  • Lead customer kick-off meetings, executive status meetings, major milestone reviews, and program close out meeting
  • Maintain the project schedule, manage inter-dependencies, identify and mitigate project risk and facilitate communication
  • Communicate project status, issues, risks and changes to all project team members, management, and other appropriate parties

  • 5+ years program/project management experience implementing software applications
  • Must have excellent organizational, inter-personal, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and mitigate risks during a project
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated comfort and competence with technical concepts and technical issues
  • Demonstrated experience managing and motivating project teams
  • Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues
