The PeopleNet Optima time clock utilizes biometric technology to verify time and attendance, and goes beyond with a camera to provide a 100% verifiable process! If the biometric clock cannot read an employee’s fingerprint, it takes the employee’s picture. This verifiable process eliminates buddy punching; when employees punch in for one another. Also, as with all PeopleNet time clocks, the Optima is simple and easy to use.

Another great feature of the PeopleNet Optima biometric clock is the printer functionality. With this option employees are reminded with a printout of missing punches each time they punch until the missing punch is entered. This eliminates the need for supervisors to review missing punch reports and delays in processing payroll. Another benefit provided by the printer functionality is the employee can print and verify their time at the end of each week. This allows them to confirm accuracy before payroll processing and eliminates errors and omissions that create the need for manual checks.

Ethernet Installation

Ethernet (RJ45) connection that allows access to the Internet.
